Fiber optic services

First Telecom Services, LLC offers the following fiber-optic services:

• Fiber network Indefeasable Right-Of-Use (IRU). Use dark fibers on our existing fiber network.
• Private Fiber Networks . First Telecom Services, LLC will construct and maintain new fiber networks and laterals that you can own. In addition, we will provide ongoing maintenance and restoration and all attachment and duct occupancy rights.
• Collocation. We provide our dark fiber customers access to our fiber shelters for regeneration/collocation purposes.

Our fiber service customers benefit from:

• Experienced fiber optic construction and construction management. We build fiber optic facilities throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Designing and engineering. Our fiber optic network provides the clarity, speed, reliability and security for your voice, video and data-network demands.
• A 3,700-mile-long fiber optic network containing over 250,000 fiber miles. We utilize a west-to-east path across Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington DC. (see Fiber Map)
• Route design. We use existing utility company distribution poles, transmission lines/rights-of-way, and underground duct systems so we can design the shortest and most cost-effective paths that meet your needs. We have access to 36,000 square miles throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey and to over 12,000 miles of transmission lines.
• Material procurement. The purchasing power of a large parent company offers highly competitive prices.
• Electronic design. We can provide electronic terminations and fiber termination equipment within your facility.
• Speed-to-market. Fast time to market with limited make-ready costs or delays.
• Project management. We provide on-site construction supervision.
• Master contracts. Master contracts are available to facilitate add-on routes.
