Services and contact information

First Telecom Services, LLC's Network Operating Center (NOC) is available to customers all day, every day. Whether you need restoration or maintenance on a cell site or on part of the fiber network, just contact us. We'll be there to get you up and running quickly.

Reporting trouble/making requests
To report service interruption, degradation, if you need to request maintenance services, or if you need access to a FirstEnergy Telecom Services location, contact the FirstEnergy Telecom Services NOC toll-free at 1-800-962-6113. Note: This is an automated paging system. Please leave a voicemail. The on-duty NOC technician will be paged automatically and will return your call promptly. The appropriate actions will then be taken to remedy the situation or address your request.  

Information required
When reporting trouble to the First Telecom Services NOC, please provide the following information as applicable to the situation:

  • Circuit or Project Identification Number
  • Location of trouble if known
  • Detailed description of trouble incurred/description of action requested
  • Date and time of trouble/date and time of requested action
  • Call back name and contact phone number
