1. First Telecom Services, LLC and wireless carriers enter into Master Site License Agreements enabling the wireless carrier to select sites within FirstEnergy Corp. operating company's service territories.
2. Representatives from the wireless firm and First Telecom Services carefully evaluate each site.
3. Structures are analyzed for additional loading, and structural modifications are performed, as necessary, once local approvals are obtained by the carrier - prior to installation of any equipment at the site.
