Who we are

First Telecom Services, LLC is a telecommunications infrastructure development and management company. Our team is dedicated to combining our specialized knowledge of telecommunications with existing utility infrastructure to create value for you. We have an extensive inventory and the knowledge to support your fiber optic or wireless site needs, including planning, marketing, sales, design, engineering, project management, and operations and maintenance services. We can develop and support a variety of telecom products and services related to fiber optic networks and wireless cell site deployment. 

We are a subsidiary of First Communications, Inc. headquartered in Akron, OH. Though formerly owned by FirstEnergy Corp., First Telecom Services continues to utilize and have access to the assets of each of FirstEnergy Corp.'s seven electric operating subsidiaries for telecommunications development. These assets include rights-of-way, distribution poles, transmission line towers, radio towers, monopoles, property, buildings and our regional fiber optic network.
